National Directors and Ex-Officios to the HBA Board of Directors

The HBA of F-M designates National Directors to represent its membership each year on the National Association of Home Builders' board of directors. To become a Life Director with a permanent seat on the NAHB board, a National Director has to attend at least two meetings per year for ten years.

A Life Director who has attended two meetings per year for a period of ten consecutive years shall be designated as a Senior Life Director. Senior Life Directors have permanent voting rights with no continuing attendance requirement.
