Remodelers Council Projects
Remodelers Council, Home Builders Care Foundation provide bunk bed frames for Gladys Ray Shelter
The Gladys Ray Shelter needed bunk bed frames, especially for the winter months. The mission of the Gladys Ray Shelter is to provide a safe and comfortable place to stay for people who cannot access other shelter options in the community. Prior to the bunk beds, individuals at the shelter were sleeping on mats on the floor. The shelter now has more space for accommodating those in need.
“The Remodelers Council completed this project in hopes of seeing a great success through this collaboration with the Gladys Ray Shelter and would love to find more opportunities to give back to the community,” said 2009 Remodelers Council Chair Terry Lipp, Ferguson Bath, Kitchen & Lighting Gallery.
