Copyright concerns

Some builders choose to include floor plans in their main home listings. While touring the Parade, you may the opportunity to pick up floor plans in the various homes. Click here for information on copyright infringement and what you need to know.

Two weekends: Sept. 10-11, 17-18

Hours: Noon - 5 p.m.

  • Featured 38 homes throughout Dilworth, Fargo, Moorhead and West Fargo.
  • Homes built with pride by 23 HBA of F-M Builder members, each with his or her distinct style.
  • Wide range of prices with something for everyone.
  • Bright yellow and blue directional signs and pennants will mark homes participating in the Parade.

Magazine Details

  • Parade of Homes magazines were available at all stores, and online here! Click to view the online version.
  • Full-color, glossy publication with a half page dedicated to each home entry.
  • Homes represented in full color, with 3-D renderings.
  • Builders also have an option to include a floor plan with home listings.
  • Will include maps to each Parade entry, as well as a condensed listing of all homes entered in the event.
  • An insert with home listings was published in The Forum Sept. 4.
