Attention Members of the Armed Services: You may still qualify for the federal housing tax credits
Members of the armed services who services who have served on official duty outside the United States for 90 days or more at any time between Jan. 1. 2009 and April 30, 2010, will have another years to claim the credit. The date to sign a sales contract would be April 30, 2011 and close before June 30, 2011.
