Public Issues Committee

When issues arise that affect building, the effects are felt throughout the industry – right down to consumers. The public issues committee is responsible for informing the industry on the status of issues of concern and coordinating our representatives’ efforts in response. The committee meets on the third Tuesday of every month at 11:30 a.m. If you are interested in attending a committee meeting or want to know some more information please contact Rocky at the HBA.

The Issue Tracker is a brief spreadsheet on the latest issues in each jurisdiction and what the latest status is. The Issue Tracker is not a complete document and because of the nature of the issues may be out of date at any given time, but it is a good summary of the work being done on behalf of the association and its membership.
