Remodelors Council
What is the Remodelors Council?
The NAHB Remodelors Council was founded in 1982 as department of the National Association of Home Builders. The council’s mission is to serve the remodeling industry and consumers by establishing a written code of ethics, quality standards and by offering information, education and professional designation programs.
More than 150 NAHB-affiliate state and local associations have organized Remodelor Councils.
Remodelers join the Remodelors Council to improve their business management skills, to network with peers, to perform community service and to work for the betterment of the industry.
Remodelor is a trademark that identifies NAHB members who are active in residential and commercial remodeling.
Remodelors Council of the HBA of F-M
The HBA Remodelors Council was formed in 1990 and assists in the planning and coordination of the Fall Home Show and the Industry Garage Sale. The council and its members are known to be very active, within our area, participating in many community service projects. It has partnered with Lake Agassiz Habitat for Humanity on builds and they coordinate the construction of several wheelchair accessibility ramps per year.
