The Herdina Construction Trades Camp is pleased to announce the availability scholarships to attendees.
Scholarships will be presented at the Herdina Graduation Ceremony, June 16.
Three scholarships are available to 2023 Herdina Construction Trades Camp students:

It includes all required items and tips for submitting a competitive application. Applicants will be evaluated on presentation, format and completeness of application materials using a point-based system as described below.
Applications that do not contain all requested information will not be considered for scholarship awards.
To be eligible, applicants must plan to enroll in residential construction trades or a related field (e.g., plumbing, electrical, building construction technology, construction management, heating/air conditioning, etc.) at:
1. Minnesota State Community and Technical College (M State) in Moorhead
2. North Dakota State College of Science (NDSCS) in Wahpeton
Scholarship recipients must provide proof of this enrollment within 18 months of graduation or the scholarship will be forfeited.

Herdina Construction Trades Camp Advisory Committee, Home Builders Care Foundation Scholarship Committee and HBA of F-M staff will determine recipients of scholarship awards based on information in the application packet.
Applicants will be evaluated using a point system based on the items listed below.
Total (40 points)
Incomplete applications will not be considered for scholarship awards.
Scholarship amounts can vary and one or more awards may be issued. The Home Builders Care of Fargo
Moorhead Foundation scholarship funds will be held until the student has graduated from high school and proof of enrollment at Minnesota State Community and Technical College or North Dakota State College of Science is provided to Home Builders Care of Fargo-Moorhead Foundation. Proof of enrollment must be provided to Home Builders Cared of F-M Foundation within 18 months of graduation or the scholarship will be forfeited.
Scholarships awarded by Minnesota State Community and Technical College and North Dakota State College of Science will be held at their admissions offices until the student registers for class.
