1. New Year Celebration Jan. 26

You can make connections and mingle with both your peers and our city leaders. Better yet, you will hear about your Association’s priorities for the year and meet the Foundation’s latest scholarship recipients. They are the next generation of construction leaders. It’s a no-brainer!

2. Giving Hearts Day Feb. 9

Grow your workforce to ensure our local housing industry continues thriving through Giving Hearts Day.

HBA of F-M is teaming up with the F-M Area Association of Realtors for the first-ever Builder v. Realtor Challenge, stirring up some friendly competition.

You’re invited to join the fun! We (area builders and Realtors) depend on each other for our livelihood and have been joining forces for years to build skilled workforce, ensuring that the housing industry thrives.

Who will raise the most? Together, we aim to hit $100,000 so Home Builders Care of F-M Foundation can continue inspiring talented future craftspeople, keeping housing attainable and accessible. Since beginning the scholarship program, Home Builders Care Foundation has given away $358,000 to students.

There is even a gigantic “building the future” cup! Any good competition needs a prize to enhance the bragging rights. You can schedule your donation now.

3. Red River Valley Home & Garden Show Feb. 24-26

Launch your spring season by leveraging our fresh ideas and look for the Red River Valley Home & Garden Show.

We have a new logo and plenty of new features to show off including Broadway Square presented by the Fargo Park District, a Spring Market and Lake Home Avenue!

There's still time to exhibit! Being part of this premier event that has been part of our community for over 60 years is an wonderful way to put yourself and your business in front of thousands of consumers looking to buy, build, landscape or remodel.
